About Me
I’m a journalist at Reach Plc, writing for titles including the Burton Mail, The Sentinel, Derby Telegraph, Nottingham Post and Leicester Mercury, as well as the Manchester Evening News online. My work spans breaking news, features and human-interest stories, from local campaigns and community issues to interviews with people doing extraordinary things. I enjoy finding the angle others might miss, asking the questions that get to the heart of a story and making sure the people behind the headlines are heard. I’m particularly drawn to stories with a public-interest element and enjoy meeting people from all walks of life.
“You can make anything by writing.”
